PART-TIME Repair and Maintenance Technician

Perform daily preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently, machines continue to run smoothly, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate;

Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment;

Replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, following checklists;

Record maintenance and repair work performed;

Have basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repair;

Have basic knowledge of painting and touch up painting;

Have basic knowledge of carpet cleaning and stain removal;

Will perform small furniture repairs.

Guest Service Agent

This position will report directly to the Front Desk Manager, Manager on Duty, and Director of Sales. Main responsibilities will include subsequent hours of answering incoming calls, creating reservations, modifying reservations, anticipating any guest need, and always adhering to Four-Diamond standards after training. This position will be expected to assist the Front Desk and other Guest Services Agents as assigned. Our facility is seeking a mature individual who will be warm, welcoming, and pleasant on the phone at all times and when representing this facility to guests. This position will be expected to assist the sales team with marketing calls, research, creating sales material, and prospecting new clients. The I Hotel and Conference Center staff works only to ensure that every guest request is fulfilled. Hours available are late afternoon and evenings.
