“Your staff is one of the most professional, thorough, and courteous groups I’ve worked with. From our sales meetings with Shannon Pappas, room block reservations, event planning with Haruka Honda, and catering with Richard Miller, each staff member has demonstrated a compelling desire to make our Convention special and memorable. This is an immensely appreciated departure from some of the other venues we’ve used in the past. They follow up with detailed information, and even my most seemingly pedantic requests have been noted and incorporated into event plans. On top of their performance, the desk and housekeeping staff are outgoing, friendly, and thorough. This is, for me, the mark of a truly service-minded operation and I know my guests will see and appreciate that this summer.”

Comments: The process from making a reservation (Dave and Jennifer) checking in (ALL the Front Desk Staff) to riding to the airport (Becca); you get a WOW Factor of A+.
In my travels, I stay at many properties, mainly around the $200+ per night range and this property (iHotel) ranks up there with the best of them in terms of quality people (great attitudes), amenities, facilities, etc.
I WILL RECOMMEND this property to all…see you on my next visit!

The staff could not have been more professional or accommodating and the hotel has become a ‘destination’ site for my husband and me.

The staff overall was wonderful, and the shuttle service was personal and responsive. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend the hotel!

I can’t wait to visit again…I Hotel staff provided outstanding service from my phone call to see if any rooms were available-through check out the next morning! This is my best business, 1 night, imprompt booking, hotel experience “ever”!
I booked 3 rooms over the phone on a game day, entered the parking lot minutes later, and the rest is the kind of history that makes me want to return much sooner rather than later! I Hotel staff made me look and feel like a hero to my bosses, and we were completely pampered at every turn by I Hotel and restaurant staff…WOW!
We didn’t want to leave, and will book in advance in the future “just to be sure we get in”! Now this is the service I’m looking for and found it at I Hotel!! THANKS SO MUCH!

Comments: What a fabulous hotel! I love the chic, contemporary design elements–especially the tables and chairs in the I Cafe. This is absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you for making it available for my daughter’s U of I visit at such an unbelieveable rate. Wonderful that you have a shuttle service. Great shower in the bathrrom in the room. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again any time.

Recent Wedding Feedback: Thank you to Rich and Lynn for ALL of your help. You both were so great to work with and I will be happy to recommend your services to any of my friends who are getting married in Champaign. Or maybe in a few years Christopher and I will have an anniversary party and see what all liquor we can clear out of the bar at that time. It was a great party and we had a fantastic time. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire staff! Whitney, Lynn, Mary, and Richard were absolutely amazing – complete professionals. My family felt completely taken care of from the time of our first meeting until the last dance on the wedding night. Also, Megan and the I Hotel staff were tremendous with scheduling rooms, housing my dress safely before the ceremony, delivering gift bags, and delivering a surprise bouquet from my husband on the night before our wedding. Thank you all for making a very special day that much more enjoyable. And, thank you to University Catering for a meal that my guests are STILL raving about over a week later. What a brilliant crew! Anthony and I thank you all!

This hotel is beautiful and the service is top notch…from the front desk to the waiters at Houlihans. Several of us were having breakfast at the restaurant, including my 17 mo. old great-granddaughter. Almost as soon as we sat down, a chef brought a small plate of 2 miniature pancakes for her. I just want u to know this act of thoughtfulness affected all of us. It was just the nicest thing for him to do. Next time we are in Champaign and need a hotel, the I Hotel will certainly be our choice.

We love events at the I Hotel because we are always impressed with your service and support during our meetings. We enjoyed this event very much and were very pleased with the food, arrangements, audio-visual support and the staff. Hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. Appreciated the recognition of our anniversary, both as we checked in and with the chocolates in the room. Love the blanket on the chair, comfortable bed/pillows, and bath towels and robes. Bellhops were available with umbrellas for us during the heavy rains and offered to bring our car to us. Will definitely continue to stay at the IHotel when we are in Champaign.
