The staff was very welcoming. They explained all the details of the room including the av and temperature. They met our every need and the food this time was very good.

Guest’s Reason for Visit: Leisure
Hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. Appreciated the recognition of our anniversary, both as we checked in and with the chocolates in the room. Love the blanket on the chair, comfortable bed/pillows, and bath towels and robes. Bellhops were available with umbrellas for us during the heavy rains and offered to bring our car to us. Will definitely continue to stay at the IHotel when we are in Champaign.

Outstanding service in all areas! many comments on the food! Still not sure where the 61 people came from – we only invited 2 extra after getting 2 cancellations! But it worked out fine. Thanks so much for this memorable evening.

What a fantastic hotel and experience. I thought the staff was very professional and extremely helpful. I sure wish more hotels had the kind of service, value, and cleanliness that the iHotel maintained. When I return next year for my conference (the International Congress of Qualitative Inquiry), I know exactly where I will be staying.

My daughter’s 16th birthday was May 8th, and I just mentioned it in passing and a special treat was left in the room. I was not expecting that and didn’t mention that to get anything out of it. It was really nice and thoughtful.

Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Also your staff in the morning when checking out was very nice and helpful. Your handicap assessable room was very accommodating. The roll in shower was wonderful. It is a lovely hotel and we certainly would come back.

We had a GREAT experience with the I Hotel team – from start to finish. Several members of our exec team even commented on what a great place we have right here in Champaign. Lynn worked very hard to obtain a specific font for me that I didn’t load appropriately – thanks Lynn for making me look good when it was my mistake! In addition, Rich found out that our entire group LOVED the pesto pasta salad and provided the recipe to our group. Whitney personally dropped by to say hello and make sure we had everything that we needed. WHAT GREAT SERVICE above what we expected. These are just a few examples that illustrate this. We will definitely be back!
