We greatly appreciate our patrons and their continued support of our independent, local business in this time of uncertainty. 

The I Hotel and Conference Center is staying proactive in keeping our guests protected during the COVID-19 pandemic. We value the health and safety of our guests and strive to make your stay with us as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

We have formed a COVID-19 response committee and expanded our cleaning standards in accordance with recommendations from the CDC, AHLA, and CUPHD to ensure your well-being is protected while you are a guest of our hotel. This includes spraying all our guest rooms, suites, and public areas with the Clorox Total 360 Disinfectant. This innovative electrostatic solution applies a one-time surface disinfectant that kills viruses within 2 minutes or less, providing 360° of superior coverage for better protection.

We have transitioned to a contact-less check-in process at the front desk.  At check-in, you will be provided with an envelope containing your room keys, a hand sanitizing wipe and information about our facility during this unprecedented time. 

We are monitoring the ever-changing effects of COVID-19 on travel and lodging and understand that there may be an unforeseen impact on your reservations.  We have expanded our standard 24-hour cancellation policy to all reservations (including non-refundable bookings and special event dates) until the situation is resolved. Please contact the hotel via phone or email by 4 pm CT on the day prior to your scheduled arrival should you need to cancel your reservation. 

We remain open and eager to serve our community.  We have promotional rates available for guests who have family members under self-quarantine at home, for guests who are medical personnel and essential employees, and for guests who just need a little time out of the house with someone else cleaning up after them. Our hotel also meets the needs for a temporary, safe workspace helping those working remotely find a quiet environment to stay on course.
